By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Develo LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides services including but not limited to:
Web design and development
Branding and marketing support
AI integration and custom workflow solutions
The scope of each engagement is defined in a written agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work (“SOW”).
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information necessary to deliver services.
Respond promptly to communications and approvals to avoid delays.
Ensure you have rights to any content, logos, or materials you provide.
Fees are outlined in the proposal or SOW.
Payments are due as stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services until resolved.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Materials: You retain ownership of all content and assets you provide.
Work Product: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for your project.
Company Tools: Any pre-existing templates, code libraries, or AI workflows developed by Develo remain our intellectual property but may be licensed for your use.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement secure and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice if the other party breaches these Terms.
Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
We may recommend or integrate third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the reliability, security, or performance of these third-party providers.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
